Once again, I give you Lucy. Lucy is almost five years old! Tonight, she’s doing tricks for you. Why? Well, Lucy is going to go into surgery on Thursday to get her top front and back incisor teeth pulled. She wants to thank you guys for all the views and clicks she got on her last video, and does hope that she can continue to amuse you all. 

Lucy is very special to me, and I’m putting up this next video is hopes to help pay for her surgery. She has a heart murmur because of gum disease, and it might complicate the surgery required to removed the teeth causing the gum disease. It’s a vicious cycle, but the quicker we can get her in, the better chance this little cutie has. She deserves it.

Lucy is a rescue dog. She was found in Lowell, MA by a friend of my father’s. She was tied to a tree, left for dead. Lucy suffers from stress, possessiveness, and she has serious abandonment issues. Lucy, albeit her many problems, is one of the most obedient, sweet, kind-hearted dogs I’ve ever known. She’s a cuddler, a kisser, a follower, and she’s just so cute! How anyone could abandon her is beyond me, and I hope this little blurb will open all of your hearts, especially this time of year. Help dogs like Lucy, donate to your local shelters, support doggie and kitty foster owners, and stop buying from breeders and pet stores. Thousands of places in this country have poor orphaned dogs begging to have a home, get out of the poor shelter and love a new family.
